FAQ

What is The Solesia Method?

The Solesia Method is my online program designed for women healing from breakups and ghosting. It combines evidence-informed tools, structured exercises, and guided reflections to help you move from anxiety → calm → closure → confidence → healthy love.

How does the program work?

The program is delivered online, so you can go through it at your own pace. You’ll find a guide (videos soon), worksheets, and step-by-step guidance that walks you through the Solesia Method: regulating emotions, creating closure (with or without a message), rebuilding confidence, and setting boundaries for healthier relationships.

Is this therapy?

No. My work is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It’s practical, evidence-informed support focused on breakups, ghosting, and attachment patterns. If you’re in acute distress or dealing with trauma, I always recommend also seeking professional mental health care.

How is this different from talking to a friend?

Friends listen (and that’s beautiful). The challenge is that, because they love you, their advice often comes with emotions attached and that can be misleading. What I offer is different: listening plus structure. You’ll get concrete tools for no-contact, boundary setting, relapse prevention, and confidence rebuilding. It’s support that feels as warm as a friend, but guided, strategic, and rooted in proven frameworks with zero judgment.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All your progress in the program and conversations with the coaching sessions are private. Your healing journey is yours alone.

How long does it take to feel better?

We prepare for that. Together we create scripts and a boundary plan, so you won’t feel caught off guard. You’ll know what to say (or not to say) without losing your peace.
